I work in the kitchen. My art practice and scholarship explore how the experience of eating changes when technologies are being eaten. My book, Bioart Kitchen: Art, Feminism and Technoscience (IB Tauris, 2016, reissued 2022), emerges from my work at the University of California Santa Cruz (Ph.D in the History of Consciousness and MFA in Digital Art and New Media).
