I work in the kitchen. My art practice and scholarship explore how the experience of eating changes when technologies are being eaten. Someday I will finish my book, The Bioart Kitchen, which emerges from my work at the University of California Santa Cruz (Ph.D in the History of Consciousness and MFA in Digital Art and New Media). I am an Associate Lecturer at the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales. I am also an International Research Fellow at the Center for Fine Art Research, Birmingham City University.
